Sinds september 2019 is Angeliki Ploka dirigent van het Leiderdorps Kamerkoor.
Angeliki Ploka is een Griekse koordirigent, klassiek zangeres en muziekpedagoog. Ze studeerde aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag (NL), de Liszt Academie voor Muziek (HU) en de Aristoteles Universiteit van Thessaloniki (GR).
Angeliki is dirigent van het Leiderdorps Kamerkoor, het Kamerkoor Lux, het Concerto Cherise Kamerkoor en de koren van de School voor Jong Talent (Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag). Ze werkte met verschillende ensembles en koren in Griekenland, Hongarije, Spanje en Nederland. In juni 2020 begon ze haar samenwerking als dirigent van het Grieks Radio Koor, waar ze verschillende projecten dirigeerde en opnam voor de Griekse radio en televisie.
Als onderdeel van masterclasses heeft Angeliki ook gewerkt met verschillende professionele koren, zoals Cappella Amsterdam, het Helsingin kamarikuoro en het Det Norske Solistkor.
Als soliste en ensemblezangeres heeft ze een drukke agenda. Angeliki zong in producties met het Groot Omroepkoor, het project Meesters & Gezellen 2016, de Orkest de Ereprijs onder leiding van dirigenten als Daniel Reuss, Sigvards Klava, Michael Gläser en Bernard Haitink.
Angeliki doceert muziektheorie, auditieve vaardigheden, analyse, ensembleleiding en koor aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag.

Angeliki Ploka is a Greek choir conductor, classical singer and music pedagogue. She studied at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague (NL), the Liszt Academy of Music (HU) and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (GR).
Angeliki is the conductor of the Leiderdorps Kamerkoor, the Kamerkoor Lux, the Concerto Cherise Kamerkoor and the choirs at the School voor Jong Talent (Royal Conservatoire The Hague). She has worked with various ensembles and choirs in Greece, Hungary, Spain and the Netherlands. In June 2020 she started her collaboration as the conductor of the Greek Radio Choir, conducting and recording various projects for the Greek radio and television.
As part of masterclasses Angeliki has also worked with various professional choirs, such as the Cappella Amsterdam, the Helsingin kamarikuoro and the Det Norske Solistkor.
As a soloist and an ensemble singer she maintains a busy schedule. Angeliki has sung in productions with the Groot Omroepkoor, the project Meesters & Gezellen 2016, the Orkest de Ereprijs under the baton of conductors such as Daniel Reuss, Sigvards Klava, Michael Gläser and Bernard Haitink.
